Jim Shields was a Downsville native and had been a licensed real estate salesman and broker for over 40 years. He was an Associate Broker and Office Manager at the Downsville Branch Office of Upper Delaware Real Estate, where he specialized in overseeing agent production and public relations. Jim participated in special projects, such as the Dollar General deals in Walton and Downsville.
