Cabin Bordering NYC Land

Travel down the gated driveway to arrive at a private 2 bedroom 1.5 bath single story house. The house offers both electric heat and a wood stove. A nice deck that wraps from the front of the house to the back which goes into a small fenced in garden area. This offers several locations to sit in the rocking chair and enjoy all the beautiful surrounding scenery while listening to the strong running country stream. Fresh air, sounds of the water and plenty of NYC (boarders property) and NYS land to hunt and hike on. This property is located only 33 miles from Plattekill Mountain Ski Resort, Pepacton Reservoir and Murphy Hill State Forest… Ski, fish and hunt/hike.
