This updated, beautiful, clean and modern chalet with cathedral ceiling and a lot of glass that puts the long-distant valley views on full display. Perched in an isolated and private, yet accessible location, this well cared for home is a retreat from daily worries. The pure country style and design is so tastefully done. If you appreciate quality, then you’ll love the granite countertops, the full poured concrete foundation, the Anderson windows, the hardwood floors, the stainless steel appliances, the Hickory cabinets and the Pfister faucets. A genuine Jotul brand cast iron wood stove with fieldstone hearth could heat the place on its own. Those are just some of the quality features you’ll find here.
And the land has it all. 17.6 acres of fields, woods and a cool path through the pine forest to a rare private stream side paradise! A cool flowing mountain stream with a storybook swimming hole and a backdrop of ledges and mountain. A place for users. Ride your atv’s and dirt bikes or take quiet hikes or picnic at the stream side haven. Only 8 miles to Oquaga Creek State Park with 55 acre lake and thousands of acres of state forest!
All of this includes a large fruit tree orchard, target shooting area and huge quonset style garage. We are not overstating this place. It is absolutely beautiful!
